Off For the Weekend

Hey there!

I'll be out of town for my dear friend's wedding. Not too much to blog about this morning.
I'm still waiting for my Tracy Anderson DVDs to arrive and am looking forward to toning up these arms of mine.=!

Eating... well, it's been good but I have 5 out to dinner evening in a row. Last night a made OK choices while at a birthday party (Mexican food, my favorite) and did eat the WHOLE piece of chocolate cake. That's fine, I just can't eat a WHOLE piece of cake at tonight's wedding or tomorrow's BBQ. Moderation is the key. I'll be keeping my portions small, because we know that everything is permissible, we just have to decide if it is beneficial for us.

Have a fantastic weekend! I know I will.

  2. All the best on your weekend. Moderation is really the key like you said.

I am on day 3 of a juice cleanse and you are right, it does get easier but at the same time after grocery shopping I am hungry. The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak, I remind myself. So far so good. If you can do it I think I can too.

I rarely, and get lucky, if I go to a BBQ so myself I would eat something. I suggest that for you too. BBQ's can have healthy foods.

    Cheers from Canada.

    1. Hi Candace! My name is Carolina and I`m from Sweden. I as so many others grew up watching you on full house, and I still watch the reruns now and then. I just gotta say you are such an inspiration to women as a devoted christian, mother and wife. I`m reading your book and I love it. I also exercise and try to eat healthy. I especially like the chapter about selfdicipline. It`s not always appreciated by others like family, friends, coworkers. Everything in moderation as you say and nothing forbidden. I`m gonna keep following your blog, so happy that you decided to start blogging. Have a nice weekend, Hugs :)

  7. Hi Candace, I am loving your blog so far!! While I was interested in the Tracy Anderson program, it's not something I can fork out money for at the moment. However, your blog has inspired me to get serious about the Body by Vi 90 day challenge. My husband got the Magic Bullet for his birthday & has been using the shakes since then, but I kept putting it off. I turned 40 in January & decided my goal was to be 40 & fit. Catchy, right? That's why I read your book. Well, here we are in July & I have yet to get serious about the "fit" part. I play & coach soccer, but that is only 2-3 times/week. So I have finally decided to start the 90 day challenge, which incorporates some form of daily exercise & healthy eating. Today is day 2, so far so good. I hope I can make it through the whole 90 days, we'll see!!
